Tha Smokin Chef is Randall Hensley, former sous-chef for the Frisco Roughriders. During his tenure at the Dr. Pepper Ballpark, he produced over 25,000 lbs of the same delicious barbeque you’ll find at our home base – the Grab n’ Go in Lewisville.
After 20+ years in the Dallas restaurant business, with stays at Houston’s, Pappa Bros, Jasper’s, Naan, Nicola’s, and the Westin, he decided to establish Tha Smokin Chef in 2014.
We provide event catering with our full-service mobile kitchen. You can find us at the various craft breweries in DFW, food truck festivals, business lunches, private parties… we do everything!
